For Customized Items (Stamps & Engraved Pens):

Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns unless the item is physically broken or if there is a spelling error made by us (different from the proof you approved).

Note: Please check your design proof carefully before confirming!

For General Stationery (Files, Pens, Notebooks): We offer a 1-Day Return Policy for wrong products sent.

Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Process:

WhatsApp us your Order ID and reason for return. You will need to ship the product back to our Vadodara address.

Once we receive it, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 2 days.

Defective Items:

If a pen is not writing or a file is torn, you do not need to return it.
