  2. Welcome to RR Ballpen. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to accept these terms and conditions in full.

    4. 2. Products & Accuracy

    We strive to display the colors and images of our products (fountain pens, ball pens, stamps) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

    • Stationery Items: Descriptions for files, notebooks, and standard pens are provided to the best of our knowledge.

    • Customized Items: For rubber stamps and engraved pens, the final product will match the proof approved by you.

    5. 3. Customization Policy (Important)

    For all customized orders (e.g., Stamps, Engraved Pens):

    • Proof Approval: It is the customer's responsibility to check the design proof (spelling, layout, phone numbers) carefully before confirming.

    • No Changes: Once a design is approved and processing begins, no further changes can be made.

    • Liability: RR Ballpen is not responsible for spelling errors or design mistakes that were present in the proof approved by the customer.

    6. 4. Orders & Payment

    • We accept payments via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Razorpay, and other methods displayed at checkout.

    • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided.

    7. 5. Shipping & Delivery

    • Dispatch Timing: Standard items are dispatched within 24 hours. Customized items take 1-2 business days after design approval.

    • Delivery Timelines:

      • Gujarat: 1-3 Business Days.

      • Metro Cities: 3-5 Business Days.

      • Rest of India: 5-7 Business Days.

    • Shipping Charges:

      • Within Vadodara: Free delivery for orders above ₹699. A flat shipping fee applies for orders below this amount.

      • Outside Vadodara: Shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight and quantity.

    8. 6. Returns & Replacements

    Our return policy varies by product type:

    • Customized Items: We do not accept returns for customized goods (stamps, engraved pens) unless the item is physically broken upon arrival or we made a spelling error different from your approved proof.

    • General Stationery: We offer a 1-Day Return Policy for general items (Files, Pens, Notebooks) only if the wrong product was sent.

    • Defective Items: If a pen is not writing or a file is torn, you do not need to return it. Please send us a video/photo proof via WhatsApp, and we will issue a replacement or refund.

    • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your bank account within 2 days of verification.

    9. 7. Limitation of Liability

    RR Ballpen shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

    8. Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
